2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds (or nuts.. but im allergic!)
1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
1/2 cup raisins (or any other dried fruit of your choice)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup applesauce
1tsp. agave nectar
2 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. Vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a pan of your choice (preferably square..) with organic pam
Combine oats, seeds, fruit, and cinnamon in a large bowl...mix
combine wet ingredients in a smaller bowl and mix Combine ingredients together in large bowl until the dry mixture is completely coated with the wet.
spread mixture into pan, and press flat and even
cook for 30-40 min (i did 35) if you like them REALLY chewey, cook for 30-3
remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes... cut into squares (i got about 8 out of it) and ENJOY!
THESE ARE AMAZING... and TOTALLY HEALTHY... (and of course VEGAN!)

wonder if i could leave out pumpkin seeds and what could i substitute for agave nectar??
