An early Mothers day and the most colorful stir fry you've ever seen@

Well...since its almost mothers day, my Mom, Grandmother, and I went out to lunch. We decided to go to the Cheesecake Factory. I must say that this is one of my favorite places. Probably because its affordable and they give you lots of food! theres always something to bring home for left overs!

Here is me and mom!

Heres me and grandma!

I have a really small family... and we dont get to see eachother really often. I think its really important to spe
nd as much time together as we can... you only get one family.

My mother and I are really close, and I'm very lucky. I dont see my grand
mother as much as I should or wish that I could, but she really is an extraordinary woman.

Well...I LOVE Guacamole! And So does my mom! so we decided to get an appatizer or guac and fresh salsa. YUMMM
(grandma thought it was funny th
at I was taking pictures of all of the food!)

For My meal I had an amazing chopped salad! It had romaine lettuce, edamame, asparagus, cucumber, cabbage, green beans, avocado, sliced apples, and beets with a POMEGRANATE BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE! I LOVED IT!

Well... right now Anthony and I are watching our beloved Yankees... they are losing.. but we have faith that they will come out of it!

I made an amazingly colorful stir fry.. inspired by Katie's blog over at Chocolate Covored Vegan! I decided to use colorful vegetables...(Maybe because its so rainy out and I need some color in my life :)

I thought I was hungry when I was making it,,, but then decided I really wasnt.... so its sitting on my table right now.. but its really pretty so I wanted to post it! ...Thats ALL FOLKS!

Wow, I had no idea that the Cheesecake Factory had such good-looking veggie options. I always assumed they wouldn't (ack, I know, assuming things is bad).

Your stir fry has me craving one again now. Ugh, but I feel too lazy to cook. Hehe I think I'll go have some chocolate cookies instead! Oh well, ya can't be healthy all the time!
